Yes, it works with both. For makeup, a lot of customers have found that using it as a pomade helps their brow powder or pencil appear bolder and last longer throughout the day. For microblading, after getting your microblading procedure it requires you to use a thick petroleum barrier such as Aquafor, Vaseline etc. We've found that the brow balm can be used to replace those items as a protected barrier.
